Those of you who are interested in Bradford v Pickles (and who isn't), will be interested in reading "Gathering the Water" by David Campbell. The paper argues for a complete revision of the common interpretation of Bradford v Pickles. Although it is a long paper, the material on
Bradford v Pickles appears in the first twenty pages or so.
